Steve Sutherland – Founder
The Founder Stephen H Sutherland property journey began in 1999 in Pretoria, South Africa, with a simple mission—to help homeowners protect and improve their greatest asset. Starting with home care and maintenance services, our business evolved over the years into property renovation, development, and project management for a select group of clients.
In 2026, I expanded this vision internationally by establishing S3 Property Holdings LLC in the United States and partnering with Mr. Jeffrey A. Wu in Connecticut. Together, we are building a structured property investment platform designed to solve real-world property challenges through innovative intellectual property, strategic partnerships, and a long-term Property Lifecycle approach.
Jeffrey Wu – Partner
Jeffrey Wu is a global business executive with extensive leadership experience. His cross-functional background features international responsibilities in demanding industries including:
- CEO / P&L head in public and private technology companies
- CEO of consulting firm
- CTO, VP of Product Development, CIO, and head of Operations & Technology roles in large public companies
Mr. Wu has served on corporate and not-for-profit boards for 30 years including positions as Chaiman.
His experience in real estate work includes work with Brookfield Properties, The Related Companies, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Community Preservation Corporation, and the New York Energy Efficiency Corporation.
Mr. Wu was a Double major in Finance and Management at the Wharton School of Finance. His ongoing education includes coursework at Wharton, The University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, and MIT.
